Whilst the children have dinner together in the early evening in the Family Hotel & Spa Desirée, followed by some fun and games in the Alpine sports centre, the grown-ups can enjoy in their hotel a romantic candle light dinner!

Daily: Fondue Chinoise at Hotel Grächerhof Gourmet&Spa

The popular group meal in the fireplace lounge at the Hotel Grächerhof Gourmet&Spa. With crispy salad, crunchy French fries, rice, various homemade sauces, diverse side dishes and enticing dessert

Monday – Wednesday: Les trois Fondue at Family Hotel & Spa Desirée

3 different fondues with various ingredients from our specially developed fondue pan, which is patented by Donat Ruppen, at the Restaurant Le Châlet at Family Hotel & Spa Désirée. Includes apéritif and dessert. Super great! You have to have tried it at least once.

Daily: Tom Dooley meat skewer at Aktiv Hotel & Spa Hannigalp

The flame-grilled meat skewer with beef fillet medallions, rice and other side dishes are served with five different cold sauces, fresh fruits and a salad at the Hotel-Restaurant Hannigalp.

Sunday to Wednesday: Beef fillet cubes “à la Russe” at the Grächerhof

We’ve been flame-grilling at the Grächerhof for as long as anyone can remember. The beef fillet à la russe has been a classic on the menu for a good 40 years and was even celebrated by the legendary Olga Fux before her guests’ eyes.
